Shipping Policy


How much is Shipping?

Shipping is free on all items and is to kerbside unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and order Process:

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing before items are shipped out.

How long will it take to ship my item/s?

Shipping times are clearly specified on each product page below the add to cart button and are 5-10 days approximately unless otherwise stated. A tracking number will be sent via email to you once the item has shipped. In most cases we use Fed Ex or UPS for shipping. 

I havent received my item, what should i do?

If you have not received your order within the mentioned shipping time frame as stated on the product page, please reach out to us via email at or 1-844-319-5121 (Mon - Fri:  9am - 7pm EST) and we will assist you further.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email also confirms that your card has been charged for the said amount. This email will act as your receipt, so please save it for your records.

If you order during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am - 7pm EST), our team will immediately start processing your order and begin shipment as soon as possible.

If you order after business hours or on the weekend, we will begin processing your order on the following business day.

If you happen to order something that is out of stock, we will get in touch with you and notify you and give you an estimation of when it will be back in stock and provide the option to continue with the order or cancel and refund the order.

If you place an order and dont wish to continue with the order, you need to notify us on the same day you placed the order that you wish to cancel in writing to

After this time period we are not able to cancel the order as items are shipped out to the courier and costs are incurred for order processing, handling and shipping. 

Damaged Items:

In the rare case you find any damages, broken or missing items from your order upon delivery, please make note of it before signing with the courier and have the courier sign on the delivery form the damages you have noticed.

Please thoroughly inspect the items delivered and ensure that they are not damaged or broken. You have 24 hours from the time of receiving your order to notify us of any damages, broken or missing items from your order.

Please also take pictures of any damages and send it to immediately and within a maximum of 24 hours in order for us to be able to assist you.

My Garden & Patio will replace any items damaged or broken during shipping and will have these items sent to you directly to make the order whole.

We will not be able to assist you with damage, broken or missing items claims if you dont not inspect the items and inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods to your home/premises.


Change of Mind Returns

If you "change your mind" upon receiving the product and wish to return it, you have 10 days to make a "Change of Mind" return request.

The customer is required to pay return shipping back to us or the manufacturer (even if the shipping was stated as free shipping on purchase). "Change of mind" return orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee (This covers costs that are incurred for order processing and handling).

The items must be in their original packaging, unopened and not used, erected or assembled.

Once the item is received back to us/manufacturer then the item will be inspected for any usage. If any of the items have been opened,used or erected we will not be able to provide a refund.

Upon receipt of the item/s back to us, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund once agreed and approved to be processed accordingly back to your original payment method used when placing your order.
