The pitched roof is designed specifically to divert water and snow. Canadian hemlock wood itself is also resistant to damage from moisture, and it's naturally anti-microbial and mildew resistant.
Using each of the 8 powerful carbon heating panels, the Grandby sauna can heat up to your desired temperature faster than others, requiring only 20-30 minutes. Well insulated, the sauna retains heat very well even in the coldest times of the year.
Not to mention the stately, rustic appearance of the wooden frame and the tempered glass doors makes this an attractive addition to a backyard, patio, or anywhere else outdoors!
Sunray carbon emitters are specially designed to efficiently produce low EMF (electromagnetic frequency) rays of infrared light, which has been demonstrated to support different aspects of health and wellbeing including muscle relief, recovery, sleep, respiratory function, immunity, and more.
IR light penetrates the skin very efficiently, inducing beneficial sweating. The panels are spread out within the cabin evenly to ensure all users are enjoying a great all-around warmth for the whole session.
This sauna comfortably fits up to 3 users at a time. Its deep bench with ergonomic back support keeps each user in ideal comfort. The Grandby features a clear, easy to use control panel.
You can adjust the temperature in either F or C as well as the timer setting to make sure you get the exact duration. After the timer is up, the heaters will automatically stop.
This sauna also features lovely recessed lighting both inside and outside the cabin. Even better, you can enjoy listening to FM radio stations, CDs and MP3s.
Assembly of the Grandby is very straightforward and can be done with just Phillips head screwdriver. The wooden panels feature a tongue and groove design which makes it easy to put them together. All the electronics are ETL/CSA certified, and the sauna simply requires a 20 120 V plug ( 20 amps).
